If you are using an Inventory Management or WMS Tool, follow the steps below to ensure these systems work correctly with ShipInsure.
1. Log in to your Inventory Management/WMS Tool.
2. Upload the ShipInsure Product SKUs.
- For Shopify, download the ShipInsure Product SKUs (SHIPINSUREINS10 - SHIPINSUREINS85).
3. Mark all of the SKUs as digital products in your Management/WMS Tool.
*Note: In Shopify, there is no SKU requirement. You can either leave the default SKU ShipInsure adds empty or replace it with anything you wish to set. Additionally, you can set all SKUs to be SHIPINSUREINS, so you only need to blacklist/match one SKU.
