ShipInsure helps by maintaining a clean design and making sure you’re brand is taking center stage every step of the way. Too much stuff on the screen can throw your shoppers off. Unlike other shipping insurance providers, we’ve developed a way for you to add ShipInsure Package Protection to your checkout process without requiring you to have our widget on the cart page.
This article will teach you how you can hide ShipInsure Package Protection as a product in your store by adding it to a collection:
- Log in to your Shopify Admin.
- Click Products on the left-hand sidebar.
- Select Collections.
- Choose Create collection at the top right corner of the screen.
- Enter a name and description for the collection.
- Toggle on Automated in the Collection type section.
- Under Collection type is a section called Conditions.
- Set Conditions to include all products while excluding ShipInsure Package Protection.
- Click Save.
From there, you’ll want to change the main menu navigation to reference this new collection:
- Under Sales Channels in the left-hand sidebar, click Online Store.
- Select Navigation.
- Click Main menu near the right side of the page.
- Select the Shop dropdown and click Edit next to Shop All.
- Here, remove the former collection and select the new one.
- Finally, click Apply changes.
