Hiding ShipInsure as a Product in Klaviyo

We know marketing is a big deal for your business, and it's all about getting the word out about your products. But, let's be real, it's not just about making noise; it’s about efficiency and giving your customers the right information.

It's a simple process—just create a collection in Shopify, toss in the ShipInsure Package Protection product, and then let Klaviyo know to steer clear of that collection. Once the collection has been created in Shopify, you can head over to your Klaviyo dashboard and take these steps to exclude ShipInsure from your marketing campaigns:

• Go to the Content tab in the left-hand sidebar.
• Choose Products.
• Then, select Manage Product Feeds at the top right. 

• Edit your existing marketing campaign(s).
• Select Add Filter, and create a rule to exclude the Shopify collection that contains the ShipInsure Package Protection product.

• Finally, refresh or resync your products page to make sure the changes have taken effect. 

Now, if you’d like to know how to create a collection in Shopify and add the ShipInsure Package Protection product to it yourself, follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Shopify Admin.
• Click Products on the left-hand sidebar.
• Select Collections.
• Choose Create collection at the top right corner of the screen.

• Enter a name, we recommend Insurance, and add a description for the collection.
• Toggle on Manual in the Collection type section.

• Click Save.

Once you’ve created a manual collection and clicked Save, a Products section will appear. You’ll just need to add the ShipInsure Package Protection product to it:

• Scroll down to the Products section.
• Search for the product or click Browse.

• Add ShipInsure Package Protection to the products in this collection.
