Easy Setup Steps

  1. Log in to your Freshdesk account and navigate to Settings > App Store > All Apps.
  2. Locate ShipInsure on the list.
  3. Select the app and click the "Connect App" button.
  4. Complete the authorization process.

Boom and you’re done! The app is now connected and accessible under the HTTP Integration page.

How It Operates

Once the setup is finalized a widget is automatically generated and will display essential customer, order, and claim details. Note that this integration does not create new tickets. 

When it's time to file claims, you can effortlessly initiate the process from the ShipInsure widget within Freshdesk.
