When a refund is issued to a customer, it will be sent to the payment method they selected when placing their original order. Refunds typically appear within 2 business days; however, this can also depend on the payment method.
For example, some banks state that refunds appear within 3-5 business days on their associated credit cards.
However, if ShipInsure is sending a refund through PayPal, the shopper will need to log in to their PayPal account and click the My Money tab in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once there, they should click History and then scroll down until they see Refunds. They should then click that link and it will bring up a list of all refunds made to their account.
They can click the View Refund button next to the refund they wish to view and see details about it, including how much money was refunded as well as what type of product or service it was related to.
