How Do I File a Claim?

Filing a claim is a piece of cake!

First, go to our File a Claim page and enter your email address along with the order number.

Next, pick out the affected items or opt for My entire order was lost, damaged, or stolen.

Finally, indicate whether it was lost, damaged, or stolen, specify if you prefer a reshipment or refund, and describe the issue so we can investigate it thoroughly for you!
