Finding Your ShipInsure Claim ID Number

Your ShipInsure ID number, or your ShipInsure Claim number, is included in the email you receive when you make a ShipInsure-covered purchase. It will be a combination of about fifteen letters and numbers, beginning with the letters "SI". 

Example: "SI20210530ABCDE"
