Chargebacks & Transactional Disputes

We understand that as a customer, you may find it necessary to dispute a charge on your order by initiating a chargeback through your bank.

However, if a chargeback has been filed and is currently active, we are unable to process a claim for that order. We ask that you cancel the active chargeback through your bank so that we can continue to assist you through ShipInsure.

Please be aware that a chargeback typically takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to resolve on average and does not guarantee approval. At ShipInsure, our policy guidelines enable us to investigate and resolve your claim within a much faster timeframe.

If you're still considering disputing a charge, we highly recommend reaching out to the merchant first to discuss potential alternatives. Merchants are usually more than happy to help in resolving any issues.
